Payment and cancellation policy for refundable bookings
- deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay at the time of booking confirmation.
- balance at least 3 days before the arrival date
Both payments will be made by credit card using the secure link that will be sent.

Cancellation terms: it is possible to cancel or modify the reservation up to 3 days before the arrival date without any penalty; after this deadline, in case of cancellation, modification or no-show, a penalty of 30% of the amount due for the entire stay will be charged.

Cancellation terms: in case of cancellation, modification or no-show, there is no refund and the penalty applied will be 100% of the amount due for the stay.

The city tax, which for Venice is Euro 4,00 per person per night, is not included in the price of your stay and must be paid in cash upon check-in.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; after this time, late check-in can be arranged at an additional cost of Euro 50,00.
Check-out is possible until 10:00 a.m.
